The Diocese sponsors a Lay Ministerial Training School at St. Barnabas Anglican School in Osu. The School equips the laity to serve as Catechists, Lay Ministers, Evangelists and Lay Pastors, enabling them to use their gifts in the service of God and his Church.

The Diocese also sponsors a Retreat Centre at Ashaley Botwe where Christians of all denominations can go for a quiet place to pray and maintain contact with God following the example of Christ.
