The Diocese of Accra and the Diocese of Maryland WorkTogether

One important joint venture is the establishment of the Diocesan Minsterial School. This facility trains adults for careers as office workers and tailors, to name just two of the classes held.

Parishes have also established companion relationships. St. Bartholomew's in Baltimore and St. Stephen's in Tema are working together.

The Maryland Cursillo team has visited the Diocese of Accra and introduced Cursillo there.

The Bishops have exchanged visits. Bishop Rabb traveled to Ghana in 2000 and attended the Synod. Archbishop Akrofi has also visited Maryland.
